Studio Marco Piva, together with the local architect EGO Architecture di Egest Goxhaj & Partners, has curated the interior design of a villa situated in the heart of the new residential development area known as “Rolling Hills Luxury Residences. The project aim has been to create cosy, pleasant, partly spectacular, and yet aesthetically modern spaces, capable of suiting, above all, the daily experience of people who live there. Selection by Arjon has been chosen as a trusted partner in the completion of the interior and exterior of the villa. Listone Giordano Classica 190 makes up the flooring of the indoor spaces. Another Listone Giordano product ‘ Ash 90 Thermotreated’ is used for the outoor space sorrounding the pool. This particular product has a lifespan of 25 years.
With regard to the toilets, of particular importance is the handmade freestanding washbasin by Falper, taps from Fratelli Frattini and bathroom furniture again from Falper. Wall and floor tiles supplied by Lea Ceramiche are big formats tiles in 100cm x300cm. These tiles have a Microban technology which has antibacterial qualities.
